“A couple of years ago my wife and I got caught up as defendants in a small claims proceeding. Having no experience of any sort in these sorts of processes, a good friend recommended David Hobbs to us. Although I am sure David had “much bigger fish to fry†he patiently listened to our distress and provided some quick strategic guidance to frame our options for some “to and fro†in pre-trial conferences. Eventually, the matter went to trial, twice! The claim was dismissed at the first trial because the claimants failed to show. The claimants appealed and managed to get a second trial date. At trial David provided simple, soundly based support, all delivered in a friendly, non-confrontational style which carried the day again – this time with finality, and we could put this “cat of 9 lives†behind us for good.
