2005 B.C.C.A.. 263
5 of 6 children complained of an inter vivos gift of right of survivorship of two accounts to 6th child by deceased. The deceased was of sound mind, did not have much contact with other 5 children and gave 6th child right to use account. Deceased told his solicitor he intended the gift to his 6th child.
The discussion with the solicitor was clear evidence of a gift.
