
Or Regev joined Hobbs Giroday as an articled student in 2017 after obtaining his law degree from Thompson Rivers University. Before going to law school Or attended the University of British Columbia where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
Or maintains a general civil litigation practice with particular emphasis on estate and trust litigation. Or also advises clients with respect to commercial disputes, medical negligence claims and debt collection matters. In addition to his litigation work, Or has a growing estate administration and planning practice. Or is developing his practice with the goal of being able to assist clients with all their estate matters, whether it be disputes, administration or planning.
In his spare time, Or enjoys playing basketball and spikeball. He also has a passion for exploring sunny destinations, which mostly involves relaxing on beaches.
Community:
For the past ten years, Or has been involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada by volunteering at events and raising funds for research. Or has previously volunteered with Access Pro Bono’s Summary Advice Program and UBC’s Law Students’ Legal Advice Program. Or currently volunteers at the Access Pro Bono Wills Clinic where he prepares wills, Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements for low-income seniors and people with terminal illnesses.
